Dr. Kiely Williams

Medical Director

Dr. Kiely Williams is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She graduated from The University of British Columbia Medical School in 2008 and completed her family medicine training at The University of Calgary. During residency, Dr. Williams’ clinical research investigated health outcomes of human trafficking victims locally, nationally, and globally. Her team developed a novel approach to identify potential victims of trafficking presenting for health care services.

Upon graduation, Dr. Williams completed a hospitalist locum at Foothills Medical Centre. Additionally, she worked with the Obstetricians at Foothills Medical Centre before transitioning into community family practice. Dr. Williams completed additional training in pediatric mental health (CANReach mini fellowship in pediatric psychopharmacology) and successfully completed the International Society of Travel Medicine exam in 2017.

Dr. Williams holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Associate with the University of Calgary’s department of Family Medicine. She enjoys training medical students and resident physicians. She has administered examinations for International Medical graduates and has served on a variety of committees. Dr. Williams has worked with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta since 2019.

In addition to her contributions with the University of Calgary, Dr. Williams has also been involved in health and human rights advocacy with the United Nations. Additionally, she has participated in delivering healthcare to Indigenous populations in Papua, Indonesia. Dr. Williams provided rural emergency room coverage in Alberta prior to, and during, the COVID 19 pandemic.

Dr. Williams was awarded a fellowship from the College of Family Physicians of Canada in 2022 and founded Caris Medical Clinic in 2026, where she is the Medical Director.

She enjoys the incredible variety of family medicine and has a number of interests outside the clinic, especially spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Benjamin Parkin

Family Physician

Dr. Parkin was born and raised in Calgary, where he developed a lifelong love for the mountains and the outdoors. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Calgary, he trained as a paramedic before moving to Australia to pursue his medical degree at Griffith University. He went on to complete family medicine training in rural Queensland, splitting his time between a local family practice and the hospital emergency department.

Now back in Canada to be closer to family and the Rockies, Ben enjoys the full scope of family medicine, with particular interests in holistic care, preventative chronic disease management, men’s health, acute care, and procedural medicine. In his free time, he loves being with his wife and two young daughters, exploring nature, and engaging in conversations about theology.

Psychiatrist

Dr. Campbell , MD, FRCPC, is a compassionate and dedicated psychiatrist committed to providing patient-centered mental health care. With extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, Dr. Campbell works collaboratively with patients and primary care providers to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support long-term wellness and recovery.

Dr. Campbell completed medical school at The University of Calgary followed by a residency in psychiatry at Memorial University in Newfoundland where she gained comprehensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) and remain actively engaged in continuing medical education to stay current with advances in psychiatric care.

Her clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Dr. Campbell integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, with an emphasis on empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

Known for a warm and approachable style, Dr. Campbell strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported. She believes in empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Currently Dr. Campbell is accepting referrals for adults age 18-65 not already connected to psychiatry.
