MRI SERVICES
Medically necessary imaging will be recommended by the physician, if required, based on the physician assessment. Most imaging is provided by Alberta Health and the cost is covered by AHCIP. However, should the publicly funded services not be available in a timely manner when required, patients have the option to access private imaging should they choose to.
